PREAMBLE
Concerned with increasing burden of  diseases, epidemics, ignorance and proverty in our midst, and the deeping deprivation of basic human needs , insecurity, poor access to basic information and technology ; And
Recognizing that undeniable rights of every person to have  the right to adeguate access to information , education, medical and healthcare, adeguate food ,  clothing, housing and standard of living that bestows well and being and social security to ones self and family; And  Recognizing that abundant resources within our local , national and international communities; advances in sciences, medicine and affordable technologies, all of which are for the servieces of mankind.; Recognizing that renewed sprity worldwide to fight against widespread diseases, ignorance and to eradication poverty in the world, rula Africa and Tanzania in particular,  And  Therefore, we hereby enact this constitution for the formation of  OPPORTUNITY GOOD SAMARITANS HOME TRUST as a charitable, non- govermmental and non- profit organization for objectives and other related matters, as stated here in.


DECLARATION
THIS DELARATION OF TRUST IS MADE ON THE
BY FOLLOWING PERSON

Thereinafter referred to as Founder Trustees: who together with the future trustees shall be referred to as Trusteesof the trust] WHEREAS the trustees are desirous of establishing a Trust for the purpose of calling out the objectves set out in this Trust deed.
AIMS AND OBJECTS

Aim
The aim of the Trust is to promote availability  and use of basic modem technology for social economic development activities in rulal ares of Tanzania, Africa and elsewhere,
Administration
the charitable trust constituted by this deed  shall be operated, administered and managed  by the trustees under the name of       ; OPPORTUNITY GOOD  SAMARITANS HOME TRUST ; [ in short  ; The   Trust: or by suchname as the Truststees from time to time may decide with the approval of the Administrator General the Trustees.

The Trustees shall be governed in accordance with the provistions and  objectives of this Trust Deed and the laws of Tanzania in force from time to time.

OUR OBJECTS
To establish orphanages center in and outside Tanzania aiming at education orghans children and street children in our societies.
2.Toestalish orghanage counseling centers aiming at Builinding a hope and hope a better society of tomorrow.
3. To establish  children home for orghans and street children aiming building society of tommorow.
4. To establish a trade school for orghans and stree children aiming at changin their life and making them better citizen.
5. To raise fund for children schooling in primary and nursery school in and outside of Daresalaam.
6. To buld / construst children centers in and outside of Daresalaam

Because of this we are happy to wellcome anyone who need to join with us to work together and  make afunds for us,  for supporting this trust and make dreams of this kids, womans. old people to live well get joy get education and feel well and good as yours.
